BOOKING THE CHURCH FACILITY AND CALENDAR:
To request use of any of the church grounds, buildings, or resources, please use these forms and return to the church office by email, mail, or hand delivery. Each separate event request requires a separate form. Check the main church calendar above for an unused time slot and then READ the booking policy attached to the form before you fill it out.
NON CHURCH EVENTS: We do not permit usage of the church facilities for non-members or events unrelated to the church ministries at this time.
CHURCH EVENTS: If you are requesting a one-time church ministry event you need to complete the Church Event Booking Form A.
CHURCH EVENTS: If you are requesting a recurring church ministry event you need to complete the Church Event Booking Form B.
